To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land known and numbered as 1925-33 W. Venango Street thru to Pacific Street located within an area bounded by Broad Street, Lehigh Avenue, 24th Street, Fox Street, Hunting Park Avenue and Erie Avenue.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-103 of The Philadelphia Code, the Philadelphia Zoning Maps are hereby amended by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land known and numbered as 1925-33 W. Venango Street, through to Pacific Street, within an area bounded by 20th Street, Pacific Street, 19th Street, and West Venango Street, from the existing zoning designations indicated on Map A, attached hereto, to the zoning designations indicated on Map B, attached hereto.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
