This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia zoning designations for land at 1925–33 W. Venango Street through Pacific Street, within the area bounded by 20th Street, Pacific Street, 19th Street, and West Venango Street. The new designations are shown on an attached zoning map, and the ordinance took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land known and numbered as 1925-33 W. Venango Street thru to Pacific Street located within an area bounded by Broad Street, Lehigh Avenue, 24th Street, Fox Street, Hunting Park Avenue and Erie Avenue.
