WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 080279), approved April 28, 2008, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval; and

WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 100220), approved May 12, 2010, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 080279 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to April 28, 2012; and

WHEREAS, It is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; now, therefore

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 080279) approved April 28, 2008, as amended by an Ordinance (Bill No. 100220) approved May 12, 2010, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by April 28, 2012]
