READ AND PASSED

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 080279) approved April 28, 2008, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 52-S and 53-S by placing on the City Plan Twenty-sixth Street from Penrose Avenue southwardly approximately one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-two feet to a dead end, and the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of said Twenty-sixth Street, all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
