THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§9-204. Sidewalk Vendors in Center City.

(8) Vending Locations.

(a) The following vendor locations are hereby designated as locations from which vending shall be permitted, provided Council shall not ever designate more than 300 such locations in all of Center City:
