This enacted ordinance changes which Center City sidewalk locations may be used for vending. It adds or adjusts designated locations on several streets, including 5th, 7th, 8th, 11th, 12th, and 13th Streets, and removes or bars vending locations on parts of 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 12th, and Chestnut Streets, affecting sidewalk vendors in those areas.

Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by adding new and eliminating previously designated vendor locations in Center City; all under certain terms and conditions.
