Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising the Center City East Overlay use regulations for Personal Credit Establishments, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

District Boundaries.
The requirements of this Center City East /NCA Overlay district apply to all properties in the area bounded by the Delaware River, Spring Garden Street, Broad Street and Spruce Street.

[(.1) Personal Credit Establishment uses and the expansion or extension of such uses shall be prohibited.]
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
