THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS.

§ 9-203. Street Vendors.

(9) Street Vending on Designated Streets.

(a) Street vending shall be permitted on the following streets from Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with the limitations set forth below:

(.5) The east side of North 54th Street, between Columbia Avenue and Lebanon Avenue, for one (1) vending location[.]

(.6) The east side of North 13th Street, between West Olney Avenue and West Tabor Road, for one (1) vending location.

SECTION 2.

This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
