Amending Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Street Vendors," by permitting street vending on the 5500 block of North 13th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS.

§ 9-203. Street Vendors.

(9) Street Vending on Designated Streets.
(a) Street vending shall be permitted on the following streets from Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with the limitations set forth below:

(.5) The east side of North 54th Street, between Columbia Avenue and Lebanon Avenue, for one (1) vending location[.]

(.6) The east side of North 13th Street, between West Olney Avenue and West Tabor Road, for one (1) vending location.
