This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s street-vending rules to permit one vending location on the east side of North 13th Street between West Olney Avenue and West Tabor Road. Vending is allowed Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., subject to the ordinance’s other limitations and conditions.

Amending Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Street Vendors," by permitting street vending on the 5500 block of North 13th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
