Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding and amending the permissible locations, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§ 9-213. Farmers' Markets.

(7) Permissible Locations. Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted:

(ll) The sidewalk
and curb lane
of the west side of the 1600 block of East Moyamensing Avenue.
* * *
(ccc) The sidewalk and curb lane, including the three easternmost cut-in parking spaces, on the south side of Market Street from 3rd Street for 200 feet east.
(ddd) The sidewalk and curb lane of the north side of Chestnut Street from 10th Street for 300 feet east.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
