This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s rules for farmers’ markets by adding and changing permitted locations. It allows farmers’ markets at specified parts of East Moyamensing Avenue and Market and Chestnut Streets, including certain sidewalks, curb lanes, and parking spaces, and took effect immediately.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding and amending the permissible locations, all under certain terms and conditions.
