Amending Chapter 14-300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Administration and Procedures," to add requirements related to the recording of survey plans and final plats, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
