This enacted measure changes Philadelphia’s procedures for lot adjustments and subdivisions. Applicants and subdividers must record deeds and the approved survey plan or final plat with the Department of Records, and the deeds must include each lot’s legal description, proposed street address, and Office of Property Assessment tax account number.

Amending Chapter 14-300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Administration and Procedures," to add requirements related to the recording of survey plans and final plats, under certain terms and conditions.
