Authorizing the construction of a sewer and appurtenant work in a proposed right-of way, required to alleviate unsanitary conditions in portions of Waterloo Street and West Hewston Street.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of a public sewer and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sewer service, in the following locations:
Waterloo Street from West Hewson Street to West Berks Street and West
Hewston Street from North Mascher Street to Waterloo Street.
