This enacted bill authorizes the construction of a public sewer and related work to provide sewer service on Waterloo Street from West Hewson Street to West Berks Street and on West Hewston Street from North Mascher Street to Waterloo Street. The work is intended to address unsanitary conditions in those portions of the streets.
