Authorizing the Public Property Commissioner and the Parks and Recreation Commissioner to execute a document and file it in the Recorder of Deeds office to extinguish a 25-foot easement in favor of the City along former Hamilton Street between Eighteenth and Nineteenth Street, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Public Property Commissioner and the Parks and Recreation Commissioner are authorized to execute a document and file it in the Recorder of Deeds office to extinguish a 25-foot easement in favor of the City along former Hamilton Street, between Eighteenth and Nineteenth Street.

SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is authorized to include all provisions in the document authorized by this Ordinance as the City Solicitor determines will best protect the City’s interests.
