This enacted bill authorizes the Public Property Commissioner and the Parks and Recreation Commissioner to sign and file a document with the Recorder of Deeds to extinguish a 25-foot easement held by the City along former Hamilton Street between Eighteenth and Nineteenth Streets. The City Solicitor may include provisions in the document to protect the City's interests.
