Amending Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 150413) approved June 30, 2015, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing Michael Betancourt for AION Partners, to construct, own, and maintain structural encroachments at One South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107, all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 150413), approved June 30, 2015, is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 5.
The permission granted to Owner to legalize the Encroachment described in Section 1 shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if Owner has not entered into an Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 3 of this Ordinance [within one (1) year after this Ordinance becomes law]
by December 31, 2017

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after the date this Ordinance becomes law.
