The enacted ordinance extends until December 31, 2017, the deadline for Michael Betancourt, for AION Partners, to enter an agreement and meet its requirements to legalize structural encroachments at One South Broad Street. It also requires a $200 payment to the City Treasury for the ordinance to become effective.

Amending Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 150413) approved June 30, 2015, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing Michael Betancourt for AION Partners, to construct, own, and maintain structural encroachments at One South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107, all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
