To amend Section 14-503 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/NCA, Neighborhood Commercial Area Overlay District," by creating the Logan Triangle /NCA Overlay District and making related changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 14-503. /NCA, Neighborhood Commercial Area Overlay District.

Logan Triangle.

(a) Applicability.

The Logan Triangle /NCA district applies to two subareas set forth below, as shown on the following map for illustrative purposes only.

(.1) Subarea A.

All lots located in the area bounded by Roosevelt Boulevard, Wingohocking Street, 11th Street, and Courtland Street.

(.2) Subarea B.

All lots located in the area bounded by Roosevelt Boulevard, 9th Street, Wyoming Street, and 7th Street.

(b) Use Regulations.

(.1) In Subarea A, Assembly and Entertainment Uses shall be permitted by right.

(.2) In Subarea B, Vehicle Fueling Stations shall be permitted by right.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
