This enacted ordinance creates the Logan Triangle Neighborhood Commercial Area Overlay District in two areas bounded by Roosevelt Boulevard and nearby streets. In Subarea A, assembly and entertainment uses are allowed without special approval, while in Subarea B, vehicle fueling stations are allowed without special approval.
To amend Section 14-503 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/NCA, Neighborhood Commercial Area Overlay District," by creating the Logan Triangle /NCA Overlay District and making related changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
