Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 325 by relocating portions of certain houselines and curblines in the vicinity of the intersection of The Roosevelt Boulevard, Solly Avenue, Holme Avenue, and Poquessing Avenue, in order to conform with the lines and conditions established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
WHEREAS, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has recently completed a project to redesign, reconstruct, and improve City and State highways in the vicinity of the intersection of The Roosevelt Boulevard, Solly Avenue, Holme Avenue, and Poquessing Avenue, said intersection also being known as Pennypack Circle; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to revise the City Plan in order to conform with the lines and conditions established by the Commonwealth; now, therefore
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-404 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 325 by relocating portions of certain houselines and curblines in the vicinity of the intersection of The Roosevelt Boulevard, Solly Avenue, Holme Avenue, and Poquessing Avenue, including revision of the lines and grades of intersecting and adjacent streets affected thereby, in order to conform with the lines and conditions established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
