This enacted bill authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to revise the official lines and grades for certain houselines, curblines, and nearby streets around the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard, Solly Avenue, Holme Avenue, and Poquessing Avenue, also known as Pennypack Circle. The revisions bring the City Plan into line with conditions established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania after a highway redesign and improvement project.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 325 by relocating portions of certain houselines and curblines in the vicinity of the intersection of The Roosevelt Boulevard, Solly Avenue, Holme Avenue, and Poquessing Avenue, in order to conform with the lines and conditions established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
