THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Carpenter Street, both sides, 15th Street to Broad Street
One Hour Parking
8:00AM – 8:00PM
Monday – Sunday
Except RPP #1, 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. only
SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Broad Street, west side, Carpenter Street to Washington Avenue
From Carpenter Street to a point one hundred twenty (120) feet further south,
Thirty (30) Minute Parking
8:00AM – 8:00PM
Monday – Sunday
Broad Street, west side, Carpenter Street to Washington Avenue
From 120 feet south of Carpenter Street to a point one hundred (100) feet further south, Thirty (30) Minute Parking
Twenty Four (24) hours per day
Monday - Sunday
Broad Street, west side, Carpenter Street to Washington Avenue
From 220 feet south of Carpenter Street to Washington Avenue, Thirty (30) Minute Parking
