This enacted ordinance establishes one-hour parking on both sides of Carpenter Street between 15th and Broad Streets, generally from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. It also establishes 30-minute parking on specified sections of Broad Street and Washington Avenue near Broad, with varying hours and an exception for Residential Parking Permit Area 1 during certain nighttime hours.
