THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. All existing parking regulations on Pine Street between Front Street and Broad Street are hereby terminated.
SECTION 2. The following parking regulations are hereby established:
No Parking Any Time
Pine Street from Broad Street to Front Street, North side.
2-Hour Parking
8:00am – 6:30pm
Monday – Wednesday
8:00am – midnight
Thursday – Saturday
Except Parking Permit 5
Pine Street from Front Street to 6th Street, South side.
2-Hour Parking
8:00am – 10:00pm
Monday – Sunday
Except Parking Permit 5
Pine Street from 6th Street to 7th Street, South side.
2-Hour Parking
8:00am – 10:00pm
Monday – Saturday
Except Parking Permit 4 and 5
Pine Street from 7th Street to 8th Street, South side.
2-Hour Parking
8:00am – 10:00pm
Monday – Saturday
Except Parking Permit 4
Pine Street from 8th Street to 13th Street, South side.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be effective upon the placement of parking signs after the completion of the Department’s next resurfacing of Pine Street.
