This enacted ordinance changes parking rules on Pine Street between South Broad Street and South Front Street. It prohibits parking at any time on the north side between Broad and Front Streets and sets 2-hour parking limits on sections of the south side, with different hours and exceptions for Parking Permits 4 and 5. The changes take effect after the Department resurfaces Pine Street and installs the required signs.
