THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 9-213. Farmers’ Markets.

(7) Permissible Locations. Farmers’ Markets at the following locations shall be permitted:

(jjj) The sidewalk and the curb lane of the west side of Castor Avenue in front of 6434 Castor Avenue, provided the hours of operation shall be Wednesdays from 1 PM to 7 PM, from July 11, 2018, through October 31, 2018, only.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
