The enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s farmers’ market rules to allow a market on the sidewalk and curb lane on the west side of Castor Avenue in front of 6434 Castor Avenue. It authorized the market to operate on Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., from July 11 through October 31, 2018.
Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on Castor Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
