THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
16th street, both sides, Oxford street to Cecil B. Moore avenue.
Two Hour Parking
8:00 AM– 11:00 PM
Monday – Sunday
Except RPP# 17
SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Aspen street, both sides, 25th street to 26th street.
Four Hour Parking
8:00 AM– 8:00 PM
Monday – Friday
Except RPP# 17
SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Aspen street, south side, 23rd street to a point 150 feet east of 23rd street.
