This enacted bill establishes parking time limits on sections of 16th Street and Aspen Street. It sets two-hour parking on 16th Street between Oxford Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue, four-hour parking on Aspen Street between 25th and 26th Streets, and additional two-hour limits on parts of Aspen Street; the restrictions apply during specified weekday or daily hours and include an exception for Residential Parking Permit District 17.
