Amending Chapter 9-3400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Energy Conservation," to provide for the benchmarking and reporting of energy and water usage data for certain buildings participating in the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program, and to make technical changes; all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 9-3400 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
