This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s energy conservation rules to include buildings participating in the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program among buildings covered by energy and water use benchmarking requirements. It also makes technical changes and allows the Office of Sustainability to exempt buildings based on extenuating circumstances.

Amending Chapter 9-3400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Energy Conservation," to provide for the benchmarking and reporting of energy and water usage data for certain buildings participating in the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program, and to make technical changes; all under certain terms and conditions.
