Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on Market Street between 33rd and 34th Streets; all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§9-205. Sidewalk Sales.

(p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain:
