This bill would have amended Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors from displaying or selling goods, or leaving stands, on both sides of Market Street between 33rd and 34th Streets. The proposal was pocket vetoed and did not become law.
Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on Market Street between 33rd and 34th Streets; all under certain terms and conditions.
