THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2021 within the General Fund:

SECTION 2. It is the intent of Council through this Ordinance to support the following initiatives: Anti-Violence Programming; the “Same Day Work and Pay” program; CLIP (Community Life Improvement Program); “WorkReady” program (providing meaningful summer employment for teens and young adults); Commercial Corridor Job Training program; “Hire! Philly” to launch the “Pipeline! Philly” platform; Mural Arts Program;

and an internal transfer within Council to cover increased COVID-19 related costs and targeted vaccine outreach.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
