This enacted ordinance authorized the transfer of $9.75 million in Fiscal Year 2021 General Fund appropriations, primarily from City Council, to Council and several city offices and departments. The funding was intended to support anti-violence and employment programs, the Mural Arts Program, commercial corridor job training, COVID-19-related costs, vaccine outreach, and other listed initiatives.

Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2021 from the General Fund, the Council to the General Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, for the purpose of further implementing Council's "New Normal Jobs Initiative" and adjusting Council's internal appropriations.
