THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

(1) The penalty for violation of any provision of this Chapter, except [Section 10-702, subsection 10-703(2),] Section 10-710, [Section 10-711,] Section 10-722, [Section 10-723, Section 10-723.1, Section 10-723.2] or Section 10-717.1 shall be [a minimum fine of one hundred dollars ($100) and no more than three hundred dollars ($300)]
a fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000)
for each violation.
The penalty for a violation of Section 10-717.1 of this Chapter shall be a fine of five hundred dollars ($500).
