Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by amending the boundaries for Permit Parking District 19, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows.

CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS.

§12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts.

(2) Permit parking districts enumerated.

(t) District 19 -

The area bounded by the northside of Allegheny avenue on the south, the east side of Kensington avenue on the west, the southside of Frankford creek on the north, and Delaware avenue on the east.

SECTION 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
