This enacted ordinance changes the boundaries of Philadelphia’s Permit Parking District 19. The district now covers the area bounded by Allegheny Avenue to the south, Kensington Avenue to the west, Frankford Creek to the north, and Delaware Avenue to the east, effective immediately.
Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by amending the boundaries for Permit Parking District 19, all under certain terms and conditions.
