THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 14-525. /SNM, South Ninth Street Market Overlay District

(1) Applicability.

[Applicable properties in the]

The

South Ninth Street Market Overlay District shall consist of all lots

located in the area bounded by

[abutting South Ninth (9th) Street from]

10th Street,

Catherine [Street]

Street, 8th Street,

[to]

and

Federal Street.

(2) Vehicle Access Points.

Except where a curb cut was in existence as of January 1, 2019, vehicular ingress and egress is prohibited to and from 9th Street for any lot located within this

[Any Curb Cut for vehicle access shall be prohibited for all properties in the] South Ninth Street Market Overlay District.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
