This enacted legislation clarifies the boundaries of Philadelphia’s South Ninth Street Market Overlay District, covering the area bounded by 10th Street, Catherine Street, 8th Street, and Federal Street. It prohibits vehicle access to and from 9th Street for lots in the district, except where a curb cut existed before January 1, 2019, and took effect immediately.

Amending Section 14-525 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/SNM, South Ninth Street Market Overlay District," to clarify existing provisions, all under certain terms and conditions.
