Monday - Wednesday
8:00 AM - 12:00 AM
Thursday - Saturday

Webster street, south side, Broad street to S. 13th street.
Section 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established.

Monday - Sunday

S. 11th street, west side, Bainbridge street to Fitzwater street
