The enacted bill establishes two-hour parking limits in three areas: the south side of Webster Street from Broad Street to South 13th Street, the west side of South 11th Street from Bainbridge Street to Fitzwater Street, and the north side of Kimball Street from South 11th Street to South 12th Street. The limits apply during specified hours, with residential permit parking exceptions for RPP District 22 on Webster and South 11th streets, and RPP Districts 22 and 23 on Kimball Street.
