Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

The Director of Aviation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest by purchase, donation, dedication, or otherwise in all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land located in and about the area bounded by Executive Avenue, Enterprise Avenue, I-95 and Penrose Avenue, more commonly known as 8350 Enterprise Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, including all buildings, structures, and improvements located thereon, and located in the vicinity of Philadelphia International Airport.

SECTION 2.

The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve, prior to execution, all instruments and documents necessary to complete the acquisition authorized by this Ordinance. The City Solicitor is further authorized to include in those documents such terms and conditions that the City Solicitor deems necessary and desirable to protect the interests of the City.
