This enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Director of Aviation to acquire all or part of the property at 8350 Enterprise Avenue, near Philadelphia International Airport, including buildings and other improvements. The property may be acquired by purchase, donation, dedication, or another method, with the City Solicitor reviewing and approving the required documents.

Authorizing the Director of Aviation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest in all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land in and about the area bounded by Executive Avenue, Enterprise Avenue, I-95 and Penrose Avenue, more commonly known as 8350 Enterprise Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, all under certain terms and conditions.
