Authorizing Pat Olivieri, d/b/a Pat's King of Steaks, to vend from a location in the right of way adjacent to the Pat's Steaks location in the vicinity of 9th and Wharton Streets, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Notwithstanding any provision of Chapter 9-200 of The Philadelphia Code (“Commercial Activities on Streets”) to the contrary, Pat Olivieri, d/b/a Pat’s King of Steaks (“Pat’s Steaks”) is hereby authorized, for a period of six months from the effective date of this ordinance, to conduct vending operations from a food truck or trailer or similar facility located in the roadway in the parking lane on the West side of Passyunk avenue, between 9th street and Wharton street, across the avenue from Pat’s Steaks, provided the traffic lane on such avenue remains unobstructed and such operations are conducted consistent with all applicable requirements pertaining to the business and the sale of prepared food to the public.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be effective immediately.
