This enacted ordinance authorized Pat Olivieri, doing business as Pat’s King of Steaks, to operate a food truck, trailer, or similar facility in the parking lane on the west side of Passyunk Avenue between 9th and Wharton Streets, across from Pat’s Steaks. The authorization lasted six months from the ordinance’s effective date, required the traffic lane to remain open, and required compliance with applicable business and prepared-food sales rules.

Authorizing Pat Olivieri, d/b/a Pat's King of Steaks, to vend from a location in the right of way adjacent to the Pat's Steaks location in the vicinity of 9th and Wharton Streets, under certain terms and conditions.
