Amending Chapter 10-2200 of the Philadelphia Code entitled "Hate Crimes," to expand the scope of qualifying crimes, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
