Amending Chapter 19-1300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Real Estate Taxes," to provide for a mechanism for informal review of individual property assessments, all under certain terms and conditions.
For tax year 2025, the Office of Property Assessment shall provide a mechanism for informal review of any property assessment made on any property to determine whether adjustments should be made to such assessment, based on a mistake or other relevant consideration, and shall consider any evidence provided in connection with a request for such review up until November 18, 2024.
